Professionally, Chris is the Founder and CEO of Implemented.io
, an AI-powered, human-driven consulting and technology company focused on helping businesses modernize operations, improve marketing, and implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable results. Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled multiple successful ventures across marketing, fundraising, construction, technology, and community engagement.
Chris is also the founder of Funding Innovation, (sold in 2019) a national social enterprise that raised millions of dollars for Canadian charities through retail partnerships and community campaigns.
Beyond business, Chris is widely recognized for his deep commitment to volunteerism and community leadership. He is the Co-Founder of Burlington Dads, a not-for-profit organization and community of more than 7,000 fathers that has helped raise over $1 million for local families, charities, and community initiatives. He has also served in leadership and volunteer roles with organizations including Nelson Youth Centres, The ROCK, and numerous charitable and civic initiatives throughout Burlington.
At the center of everything Chris does is his family. A proud “girl dad” to his daughters Lucy and Ella, Chris believes fatherhood is the most important leadership role he will ever hold. Whether coaching, volunteering, building businesses, hosting conversations, or simply being present at home, he is passionate about showing his daughters what hard work, kindness, resilience, and community service look like in practice.
