The company has been serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for over two decades.In addition to his role at Sunrise Construction, Mike Yates founded SmartScale Tiny Homes, an innovative company focused on advancing the construction industry by promoting efficient building practices. He is launching SmartWall Systems in 2025 to introduce more technology into the construction landscape.

Personal

Mike is married and has two children. He enjoys cottaging in Muskoka with his family and all the toys, from sleds and boats to cars and trucks.
